Services

Have you been feeling stressed at school or at work?

The aim to support clients in their journey towards mental wellness by taking into consideration the interactions between ourselves and others, and the larger cultural and power differentials that impact the quality and nature of our relationships, and our efforts towards personal health and healthy coexistence with others.

Stress & Anxiety

Learn practical skills you can use anytime, anywhere to help feel more calm and grounded based on the principles of self-regulation and awareness, acceptance, and action. Helping our body to feel more relaxed allows our mind to start thinking of creative solutions or other, helpful approaches to get through life’s twists and turns.

We can’t avoid or eliminate stress and anxiety, but we can learn how to work with it to help create the changes needed to manage and reduce it.

Relationships

It’s natural to experience some stress and conflict in our relationships, and to experience shifts and changes in our connections as we age and grow. It’s important to recognize when a relationship feels draining, confusing, or outright exhausting.

Learn how the principles of attachment, and self-regulation come together to influence our own impulses and responses, and how to feel more solid within yourself and your relationships. Strategies that may be useful include practicing collaborative problem-solving, setting boundaries, and filling your own cup before you try to help others. We all need a village that is supportive, understanding, and nurturing, and it takes time to develop more satisfying relationships in our lives.

Life Changes

Life is a constant wave of change. Whether you’re graduating, changing careers, going through a separation/divorce, or recovering from a significant loss, we’re all especially vulnerable during times of change. Learn how to become aware of, and support, your own essential needs while coping with the unknown as you adapt to a new chapter in your life.

I’ve found we can be thrown into completely unexpected and surprising moments throughout our lives, with opportunities for wisdom, inner guidance, and growth along the way.
