“I believe that we are all messy humans doing our best to survive in this crazy world. I have seen the types of stress that can wear and tear at people, and the profound difference self-compassion can create. It allows us the grace to try new things, make the inevitable mistakes along the way, and forgive ourselves as we build a more solid foundation for our own life.”
